ABOUT ME

Dan graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a BA in Art and a concentration in photography.

His career started in photojournalism where he covered assignments for several newspapers, including the Philadelphia Inquirer, The New York Times, and contributed to various publications such as Rolling Stone magazine, Forbes, Fortune, Success, Cigar Aficionado, Philly Sport, Valley Forge Magazine and numerous public relations and healthcare firms, advertising agencies and pharmaceutical companies. Additionally, he was the house photographer for The Spectrum in Philadelphia for several years and licensed his rock and roll images through different stock photo agencies. An album cover, a celebrity autobiography, and photo essays ranging in topics from rock and roll, barbershops and stand-up comedy have rounded out his career.

His first love was photographing sports. It's always a thrill for him to freeze a moment in time. That being said, he's now exploring the timeless shapes and futuristic curves of classic automobiles with his camera, and even revisiting stop motion imagery with airborne liquids. Watch this space for upcoming exhibit information.
